Nerdy Stuff
This is not just about what goes in the formula. It is about how it is made
We learned early on that how you heat and how you layer ingredients changes everything
Pushing the process too aggressively creates, uneven melting, and inconsistent blending. That leads to grainy texture, poor dispersion, and a product that does not perform the way it should
We took the opposite approach. We slowed it down. We controlled the process. We paid attention to when each ingredient was introduced and how it was incorporated
The base is brought together until fully uniform. From there, each ingredient is added with intent. Not all at once. Not rushed. Each step builds on the last
The zinc has to be dispersed properly or nothing else matters. The clay has to come in at the right time or it changes the entire texture. The antioxidant is added when it can actually do its job
We tested this over and over. Changing timing. Changing sequence. Adjusting the process until the result was consistent every time.
What we found is simple
When the process is controlled, the formula holds together better, applies smoother, stays where you put it, and performs the way it is supposed to in real conditions.
That is the difference
